A total of ₹1106 crore is the budgeted estimate for Swadesh Darshan scheme for 2019-20, according to the India Tourism Statistics at a glance-2019, released by Ministry of Tourism (MoT). The document reveals that the budget for Swadesh Darshan-Integrated Development of Tourist circuits on specific themes has been increased by around 6 crore in 2018-19. The budgeted estimate for Swadesh Darshan Scheme in 2018-19 was ₹1100 crore.
