Business Travel Category Award was given to ITA Airways

Uganda Airlines forays into Indian skies with three weekly Mumbai-Entebbe flights from Oct 7: Olawuyi

Adedayo Olawuyi, CCO, Uganda Airlines, announced that the airline is all set to revive the Mumbai-Entebbe route from october 7, 2023 after 40 years. This route was earlier serviced by Air India. Uganda Airlines will start a three weekly direct flight between the two cities targeting VFR traffic, business travellers and medical tourists, but also mice and leisure tourists.

Vistara launches new flight from Mumbai to London: Ensures Connectivity

Vistara inaugurates its non-stop, 5x weekly flights between Mumbai and London . The inaugural flight, operated by the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, departed from Mumbai at 14:35 Hours (IST) and is scheduled to arrive at London Heathrow Airport at 19:55 Hours (BST). Industry to suffer Rs 110-130 bn loss in FY2023 due to ATF price hike and depreciation in INR

Suprio Banerjee, Vice President & Sector Head – Corporate Ratings, ICRA said, The pace of recovery in industry earnings will be gradual owing to the high fixed cost nature of the business. The industry is estimated to report a net loss of around INR 110-130 billion in FY2023 due to elevated ATF prices twined with the depreciation of the INR against the USD.”
