Amitesh brings with him over 17 years of diverse experience across FMCG, retail, and consumer businesses. He joins MRG Group from Metro Cash & Carry India, where he served as Business Head – HR, partnering with the COO to shape the company’s people strategy, drive large-scale workforce reorganizations, and lead change management at Metro Cash & Carry India. In a career spanning leadership role with Anheuser-Busch InBev, Johnson & Johnson, and Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Amitesh has earned a reputation for building future-ready organizations, strengthening succession pipelines, driving M&A people integrations, and embedding robust employee relations frameworks.
