Eternal Oasis – A Centre for Arts, Culture, and Spirituality, nestled in the heart of Sector 42, Golf Course Road, is fast becoming a vibrant destination for those seeking meaning, connection, and inner renewal in the midst of urban chaos. With Gurgaon’s growing hunger for soulful community spaces, Eternal Oasis is now curating a series of powerful, wellness and cultural experiences that bring together movement, mindfulness, and expression.
This weekend, the centre is the venue for Theatre for Healing by Kanupriya Theatre Company, a deeply immersive workshop aimed at helping participants release anger, process trauma, and combat emotional isolation—issues that are increasingly prevalent in city life. This will be followed by the much-awaited “Day of Nothingness” on Independence Day, August 15, curated by the Shoonya Festival. The day-long event will include guided meditations, breathwork journeys, sound healing, drum circle and quiet reflection space designed to help participants reconnect with stillness and inner clarity.

Poor mental health costs Indian employers an estimated US$14 billion annually due to low productivity and attrition. A separate McKinsey Health Institute 2023 survey, highlights that India topped the rank in workplace burnout. According to the survey India respondents reported the highest rates of burnout symptoms at 59%.
“Centres like Eternal Oasis are the third spaces our cities desperately need,” said Umesh Mathur, Founder of Eternal Oasis. “They are safe corners of the world where people can pause, breathe, feel, and simply be. In the age of endless noise and productivity, we need platforms that nurture the unseen dimensions of our health—emotional, mental, and spiritual. That’s what we are building here.”
As the world slowly shifts towards slower, more conscious living, Eternal Oasis invites the residents of Gurgaon to step into this cultural sanctuary—to reconnect, release, and rediscover themselves.
