KTO unveils K-incentive Scheme 2.0 for Indian travel agents promoting South Korea

Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) introduces K-incentive Scheme 2.0, rewarding  Indian travel agents, who promote tourism in South Korea. The initiative offers prizes and expedites tour visas to boost Indian arrivals in the country. South Korea expects Indian arrivals to rise to 2 lakh in 2024 after the introduction of this initiative.

Malaysia expanding bilateral aviation agreement with India, eyes new flight routes from tier II and III cities: Deputy Director, Tourism Malaysia

Akmal Aziz, Deputy Director, Tourism Malaysia said, “In response to rising demand, the Malaysian government is negotiating with the Indian government to enhance the number of slots available under the bilateral aviation agreement. Following feasibility studies and market research, airlines are also considering launching new flights from tier II and III cites. Hopefully, flight frequency will increase in 2024.”
